Squirrels are your nearest neighbors. If you are lucky enough, you can see them resting on a tree or playing in the garden.

The villa is a few minutes’ drive to the beach and within easy driving distance of all other facilities including shops, restaurants, banks and the Campomanes yacht club. The Melia Hotel with its luxury spa, tennis courts and restaurants is also a 2-minute drive away.

The beautiful mountainous region has an average annual temperature of 18ºC. The warm climate means you can enjoy the sea for most of the year.
